Non-Returnable Items The following items are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons: * Custom-made or personalized orders. * Products that have been damaged by the customer (e.g., if the product was mishandled or modified after receipt). * Products purchased from a sale or clearance section. * Wreaths, garlands, or other items that have been unpackaged or altered.
